What you will do

  • Drive sales growth via proactive outreach, relationship building, and digital sales techniques.
  • Deliver positive customer experience using hirify.global sales model to maximize revenue in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with field sales team (Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell existing ones.
  • Process inbound inquiries, identify qualified leads, and convert to opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Sequence prospects using tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo; book discovery calls and manage sales calls.
  • Achieve milestones in onboarding, training, pipeline building, and deal closure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in technology.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills with energetic phone presence.
  • Ambitious self-starter able to manage sales calls at varying customer levels.
  • Proficiency in digital sales tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo.
  • German speaker (as per role title).
