What you will do

  • Research and identify target accounts within defined industries and geographies.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activities within the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or telemarketing roles.
  • Proven track record of booking meetings through cold outreach.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and self-motivated in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or offshore services.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot.
  • Experience targeting SMEs and mid-market decision-makers.
  • Exposure to international markets including the Middle-East, US, UK, or Australia.
