What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts within defined industries and geographies.
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activities within the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or telemarketing roles.
- Proven track record of booking meetings through cold outreach.
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and self-motivated in a remote environment.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
Nice to have
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or offshore services.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot.
- Experience targeting SMEs and mid-market decision-makers.
- Exposure to international markets including the Middle-East, US, UK, or Australia.
