What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the order management landscape in alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
• Guide development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimize end-to-end order management processes, including intake, processing, and tracking.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Safeguard technical quality by managing documentation, monitoring procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, project, program, or product management.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner within an agile development environment.
• Strong technical affinity with SAP (especially CPI) and Salesforce CC.
• Experience with integrations, including API management and enterprise service busses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a focus on quality and stability.
