What you will do

  • Drive customer consumption by identifying key use cases and increasing platform usage.
  • Secure strategic committed deals by structuring opportunities and co-investing in high-priority initiatives.
  • Prospect and generate leads using intent signals, account planning, and customer stories.
  • Engage prospects through BDRs, marketing, and networks to displace incumbents.
  • Execute sales with compelling POVs, territory plans, roundtables, bootcamps, and events.
  • Manage Salesforce pipeline, create POCs, and handle full sales cycle to close deals.
  • Collaborate with architects, professional services, and executives for customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital native industry, Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to drive consumption, secure commitments, and generate impact.
  • Technical acumen to communicate hirify.global platform value.
  • Experience navigating complex, ambiguous customer situations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, gritty, creative, coachable, and open to change.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including BDRs and Customer Success.
