What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Articulate how AI automation transforms customer support operations for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Establish sales processes, documentation, and best practices as the founding Account Executive.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine value propositions and influence the product roadmap.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through new customer acquisition and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically B2B software or AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of pipeline building and meeting targets in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings.
  • Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and ROI to diverse audiences.
  • Must be based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship.
