What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Articulate how AI automation transforms customer support operations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Establish sales processes, documentation, and best practices as the founding Account Executive.
- Collaborate with founders to refine value propositions and influence the product roadmap.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through new customer acquisition and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically B2B software or AI solutions.
- Proven track record of pipeline building and meeting targets in early-stage or entrepreneurial settings.
- Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and ROI to diverse audiences.
- Must be based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship.
