What you will do
- Drive marketing-sourced pipeline through events, digital initiatives, and website conversions.
- Lead end-to-end development of prospect campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and field events.
- Partner with the BDR Manager to build outbound playbooks integrated with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with PMM, Content, and Customer Marketing leads to deliver high-quality assets and insights.
- Serve as the lead administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, managing lead scoring and strategy dashboards.
- Utilize AI tools to scale campaign production and increase team efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience owning and leading demand generation functions.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically within enterprise or platform marketing.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be based in New York City for hybrid office attendance.
