What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners across commercial and operational teams.
  • Manage partnership issues, risks, and opportunities while representing the business professionally.
  • Coordinate governance activities, including reporting packs, meetings, and follow-ups across key forums.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify and implement opportunities for improving commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Oversee operational performance and drive continuous improvement across customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, programme coordination, or delivery within a complex organization.
  • Deep understanding of UK financial services, specifically insurance, banking, or wealth.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and conduct requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to interpret data and MI to track performance and support decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to engage across multiple teams.
  • Understanding of digital or contact-centre led customer journeys.
