What you will do

• Lead the initial connection of workplace pension schemes to the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard.
• Oversee the ongoing administration and maintenance of schemes on the Dashboard.
• Support senior client managers in maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
• Contribute to business retention efforts through high-quality operational and administrative support.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all pension scheme interactions.

Requirements

• Proven client management experience, ideally within pensions or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard and related processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing competing priorities.
• Clear communication skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
