What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, ICP, and category narrative tied to revenue goals.
• Build and lead the marketing team, managing Growth and Content Marketers, Video Specialists, and agency partners.
• Drive B2B demand generation across paid, GEO, lifecycle, and partnerships to increase pipeline contribution.
• Lead product marketing activities, including launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
• Own developer marketing in collaboration with DevRel and Engineering, focusing on documentation narrative and community presence.
• Execute brand and category-building activities such as events, PR, and founder thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing functions from early stage through Series A/B, ideally in technical SaaS or developer tools.
• Demonstrated ownership of a full-funnel demand gen engine with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers with a strong point of view on developer-first content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to craft high-stakes narratives for launches, decks, and executive briefings.
• Hands-on proficiency with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush).

• Experience with Voice AI, speech, audio, or real-time communications infrastructure.
