TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office) in New York, New York

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase platform features and capabilities.
  • Support Account Executives by answering technical questions and addressing integration concerns.
  • Lead structured Proof of Value (POV) engagements and ensure successful trial implementations.
  • Conduct customer discovery to identify technical pain points and environment requirements.
  • Research and resolve technical issues arising during the sales cycle.
  • Contribute technical perspectives to deal planning and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of presales experience or equivalent technical/sales background, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, threats, and technical architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and track action items independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong growth orientation.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with security awareness training, phishing simulation, or compliance management.
  • Experience with Active Directory, mail environments, or common IT infrastructure.
