What you will do
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase platform features and capabilities.
- Support Account Executives by answering technical questions and addressing integration concerns.
- Lead structured Proof of Value (POV) engagements and ensure successful trial implementations.
- Conduct customer discovery to identify technical pain points and environment requirements.
- Research and resolve technical issues arising during the sales cycle.
- Contribute technical perspectives to deal planning and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ year of presales experience or equivalent technical/sales background, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, threats, and technical architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and track action items independently.
- Collaborative mindset and strong growth orientation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security awareness training, phishing simulation, or compliance management.
- Experience with Active Directory, mail environments, or common IT infrastructure.
