What you will do

• Identify and recruit large IT service providers with growth potential of $100k+ ARR.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and demo to negotiation and closing.
• Develop target account lists and collaborate with marketing teams to drive regional campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at strategic partner organizations.
• Monitor partner performance and handover strategic accounts to the management team.
• Maintain high technical competence in hirify.global product offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing B2B deals.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently using Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
