What you will do

• Manage daily communications on social channels (Instagram, Discord, Twitter, TikTok): moderation, housekeeping, conflict resolution, and rule enforcement.
• Ideate and create engaging content to boost audience growth and engagement.
• Coordinate with global marketing/product teams on social media strategies, campaigns, and content.
• Build relationships with influencers and content creators via outreach.
• Maintain social content calendar and communicate with stakeholders.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in community management or social media marketing.
• Fluent English (must); additional language favorable.
• Understanding of social media, livestreaming, online marketing, engagement techniques.
• Eye for creative content, spotting trends, gaming/pop-culture knowledge.
• Ability to work fast-paced, across time zones/cultures; must be a gamer.

Nice to have

• Experience building/managing brand social accounts.
• Managing agencies/vendors.
• Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM knowledge.
