What you will do

• Manage day-to-day engagement on Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Develop and maintain the social calendar and track community projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Draft copy and curate community-generated content for social posts.
• Monitor gaming trends and community sentiment to provide actionable insights for the team.
• Plan and execute community initiatives such as giveaways and livestreams.
• Analyze community trends and engagement metrics to help optimize the overall strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and online community engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering digital communities.
• Organized with strong project management and follow-through skills.
• Commitment period of 6 months or longer preferred.
• Passionate about gaming.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with social media management tools and editorial content calendaring.
• Experience moderating or building communities on Discord.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
