TL;DR

Marketing Coordinator (APAC): Execute marketing projects across Thailand, SEA, and ANZ markets with an accent on regional execution, content localization, event management, PR, and data analysis. Focus on adapting global strategies to local contexts, coordinating events and vendors, and delivering performance insights using Salesforce and QlikSense.

Location: Hybrid in Bangkok, Thailand – boots on the ground presence required, collaborating across time zones with SEA and ANZ stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Execute marketing campaigns and projects aligned with regional strategy for Thailand, SEA, and ANZ, supporting sales and revenue goals.
  • Localize global content for Thai market and manage content pipeline for blogs and social channels tailored to regional audiences.
  • Coordinate industry events, trade shows, hosted webinars, roundtables, and workshops including logistics, vendors, and collateral.
  • Manage PR activities with local agencies, distribute press releases, and bridge global comms with local media.
  • Handle procurement for gifting, merchandise, and supplier relationships to ensure brand quality.
  • Analyze marketing performance with Salesforce and QlikSense, providing insights to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Native-level Thai and Fluent English required for content localization and daily communication with ANZ/regional teams.
  • Fresh grad or 1–2 years in Marketing, Communications, or related (B2B/Digital Advertising advantage).
  • Understanding of SEA and ANZ business nuances and cultural intelligence.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and data visualization (QlikSense).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple deadlines across time zones.
  • Exceptional communication for remote international collaboration and Bangkok office presence.
