What you will do

• Manage portfolio of integration projects with utilities and vendors, from scoping and planning to testing and production launch.
• Champion platform APIs and integrations like OpenADR, conveying use cases, benefits, and processes to clients.
• Provide access to API docs, sandboxes, and testing procedures; develop playbooks for systems like CIS, Grid DERMS.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external counterparts to keep projects on track.
• Ensure successful integrations by influencing decisions and managing scope with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
• Experience in demand response, API integrations, and protocols like IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR.
• Strong communication for technical overviews with customers, partners, vendors.
• Knowledge of REST API architecture, authentication, status codes.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years in technical program/product management or developer relations.
• Energy industry background, especially demand side or DER management.
• Understanding of residential DERs (smart thermostats, batteries, EVs) and utility systems (ADMS, DERMS, SCADA).
• Project management tools/frameworks and support systems for external parties.
