What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with an initial annual revenue target of £0.5-3m.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to meet business targets.
- Lead and contribute to the bid process for new business and contract renewals.
- Identify client problems and propose customized solutions based on market knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to drive growth strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales achieving annual targets.
- Proven track record of working with large strategic organizations to solve business problems.
- Experience delivering double-digit year-on-year growth for large accounts.
- Fluent English and proficiency in at least one other language used in the base region.
- Experience in preparing and delivering proposals to senior-level audiences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and standard IT software.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the responsible sourcing sector.
- University degree or commensurate education.
