Salary: $75k base + $15k annual incentives

What you will do
- Engage HCPs in PCP and psychiatry offices to uncover insights and deliver disease awareness for neuropsychiatric conditions.
- Devise and implement customized omnichannel communication strategies based on HCP interests and preferences.
- Guide HCPs through referral pathways to ensure a seamless patient experience leading to specialists and treatment centers.
- Manage target lists and document interactions using CRM to inform engagement plans and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Schedule and conduct live virtual information sessions with HCPs and office staff.
- Report adverse events and product quality complaints through established compliance channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device sales.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in virtual engagement and communicating scientific information via phone and live video.
- Proficiency with CRM, softphone software, and MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies.
