TL;DR
Digital Customer Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Develop success plans, monitor product usage, and drive adoption, expansion, and loyalty for healthcare service customers with an accent on service delivery methodologies, stakeholder relationships, and revenue growth. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
Location: Remote anywhere in the United States. Must be eligible to work without sponsorship. May require travel to Denver, CO or other North America offices.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do
- Facilitate customer growth, satisfaction, and product loyalty by building internal and external relationships.
- Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure optimal experiences.
- Monitor product usage, drive adoption, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow recurring revenue.
- Create individual success plans for customers to boost adoption, expansion, and loyalty.
- Maintain expertise on EverHealth platforms and portfolio to recommend best workflows.
- Understand customer needs and close process gaps to improve success metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-4 years relevant service/relationship management experience
- Prior SaaS account management experience highly desired
- Experience handling multiple tasks
- Initiative to solve problems and improve processes
- Willingness to share best practices from prior roles
