Location: Remote (Must be U.S.-based; NYC preferred)
Compensation: $86,000 - $108,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Drive strategic sales and build relationships with key stakeholders at hospitals and clinics across North America.
- Lead engaging product presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of the platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted and effective sales strategies.
- Share field insights to influence go-to-market plans and product improvements.
- Represent the company at major conferences, academic events, and campus visits to expand awareness.
- Track sales activities to reflect, improve, and iterate on the sales process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of success in outbound or consultative B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, edtech, or SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace tools.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling into healthcare organizations or academic institutions.
- Familiarity with medical education or clinical decision-support tools.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
