TL;DR

Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA): Drives new business for level-funded and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships with an accent on executing disciplined sales process and achieving targets in Oregon or Washington territory. Focus on developing broker relationships, pursuing opportunities with small and mid-sized employers, and maintaining accurate sales pipeline in CRM.

Location: Remote within Oregon or Washington territory

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive quoting activity.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Partner with internal teams for quoting, underwriting, and onboarding.
  • Maintain pipeline, activity, and forecast data in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants (strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with drive to exceed goals in high-growth environment
