TL;DR

Location: Onsite in San Francisco or New York City

Salary: $145K – $170K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permission sets.
  • Configure and maintain core sales processes such as lead routing, opportunity stages, and forecasting structures.
  • Administer and optimize the GTM stack, including Gong, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Design and build complex automated workflows to reduce manual work across GTM motions.
  • Maintain data governance standards and document system processes, workflows, and changes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to communicate system changes and minimize disruption.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on Salesforce admin experience, including building flows and managing complex integrations.
  • Direct experience configuring and optimizing tools like Gong, Outreach, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
  • Comfortable working with system integrations and APIs to manage data flow between platforms.
  • Strong data instincts and the ability to trace reporting discrepancies back to the source.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco or New York City.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multi-segment GTM motions (SMB, Enterprise, or PLG).
  • Exposure to partner ecosystem tooling such as Impartner.
  • SQL experience.
