Salary: OTE $145,000–$165,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain dashboards for CSG leadership covering utilization, capacity planning, project accounting, and margins.
- Conduct analysis on account segmentation and coverage models to support continuous planning cycles.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for data collection and reporting.
- Manage compensation design, planning, and performance KPI reporting for Delivery Services teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and the CIO organization.
- Strategize and leverage AI capabilities (e.g., Gemini & Claude) to improve the efficiency of post-sales functions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Professional Services or Partners Operations analytics/admin in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data structures, including custom report types and formula fields.
- Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, index matching).
- Experience with PSA tools like FinancialForce (Certinia), Mavenlink (Kentata), BigTime, or Netsuite OpenAir.
- Advanced AI capabilities, specifically with tools like Gemini and Claude.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
