What you will do

  • Coordinate between Field Sales and cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Optimize sales processes and governance frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy and pricing integrity.
  • Manage pipeline mapping, track opportunity milestones, and update status in OSC.
  • Handle order tracking, ship date requests, expedite requests, and process Return Good Authorizations (RGA).
  • Support leadership with Quarterly Business Reviews, demand planning inputs, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze recurring operational issues and develop resolutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and utilize data visualization tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approach.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with Oracle/EBS systems.
  • Experience within the service industry.
