What you will do

• Support sales incentive and compensation programs through analysis, modeling, and payout simulations.
• Coordinate commission calculations, validation, and reconciliations with Finance and Sales Leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards for tracking sales performance and quota planning.
• Manage end-to-end short-term incentives, sales contests, and product launch programs.
• Act as a key user for sales operations and commission systems like Forma AI, Tableau, and CRM.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase operational reliability and speed.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or Compensation Analytics.
• Fluent English skills required for collaboration with international colleagues.
• Strong Excel proficiency for data modeling and complex calculations.
• Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI and CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of operational data.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other commercial reporting systems.
