What you will do
- Perform technical analysis on overlay and imaging data to provide tailored solutions for new node devices.
- Troubleshoot product issues and drive resolutions under time pressure.
- Lead escalation and communication between external customers and internal experts.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth troubleshooting and technical stakeholder management.
- Create user-friendly technical documentation using non-proprietary terminology for external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical/Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
- 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- English: B2 level (TOEIC >600, daily conversation).
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher (daily conversation and technical presentation skills).
- Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chitose, Hokkaido.
- Ability to perform clean room work as requested.
