Backend Singulation Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Take responsibility for SAG backend singulation processes, including bar stacking and unstacking, scribing, and cleaving.
• Establish and maintain stable production operations.
• Set up newly installed machines and introduce them into production.
• Support outsourcing partners with equipment setup and production improvements as needed.
• Reduce cycle time, improve yield, enhance operational efficiency, and promote automation.
• Develop and implement production-efficiency improvements across SAG backend processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of work experience, or equivalent technical-field experience.
• Relevant knowledge of semiconductor optical device manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate actively and smoothly with related departments.
• Ability to communicate by email and create documents in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor device production technology, manufacturing, or development departments.
