Salary: $115,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Work closely with R&D leadership to execute projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Drive new products and features through development, acting as central source of truth for project details
• Develop requirements by working backwards from target outcomes
• Organize customer requests and issues, balancing them with product initiatives
• Manage lifecycle of engineering tasks and projects cross-functionally
• Contribute to internal tooling and processes for faster delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years experience driving technical projects
• Technical program management experience (a plus)
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environment
• Leadership with curiosity, compassion, and empathy
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and learn concepts
• Computer Science background or technical/quantitative orientation
