What you will do

• Own end-to-end leadership of complex programs from scoping through launch and adoption, defining structure and holding teams accountable.
• Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing teams, managing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Partner with field teams and customer success to drive launches, build early access programs, and incorporate customer feedback.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to enhance organizational speed and execution.
• Communicate with senior leadership, highlight risks, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Define and track success metrics to demonstrate program impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise software or B2B technology
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end product launches across multiple geographies and functions
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience influencing roadmaps and prioritization
• Credibility with engineers and executives; strong VP/C-level communication
• Track record building scalable processes; strong risk management and metrics definition

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in data platforms, governance, or developer-facing products
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar data ecosystems
• Scaling 0→1 programs and mature systems
• Advanced degree in a technical field
