Program / Project Manager (Azure Databricks)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. 5 days onsite.

What you will do

• Deliver the Crude Data Exchange Phase 2 program against time, cost, quality, risk, and benefit objectives.
• Lead delivery of an Azure Databricks data platform across ODS, curated views, reporting, and data products.
• Manage migration from the WONA Data Warehouse to the strategic cloud platform and modernization of legacy crude trading data assets.
• Align stakeholders across Crude Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology.
• Lead multidisciplinary Shell, partner, and vendor teams while managing governance, financials, RAID, scope, and resources.
• Ensure alignment across ETRM data domains, architecture standards, and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Program or project delivery experience for initiatives up to $10M+ and teams of 50+ resources.
• Extensive Crude & Products Trading experience.
• Strong ETRM and trading data knowledge, including trades, risk, positions, P&L, settlements, and market data.
• Proven Azure Databricks platform delivery experience.
• Experience with enterprise data migration and cloud transformation.
• Senior stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and benefits realization experience.
