Senior Project Manager (Data Migration)

Location: Remote; role locations listed as New York, Seattle, and Chicago, United States.

Salary: $148K–$194.2K annually.

What you will do

• Lead complex Snowflake implementation, data migration, code conversion, and cloud migration engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Build and execute project plans, manage milestones, scope, budgets, revenue reconciliation, and fixed-fee delivery.
• Own project governance and proactively identify and mitigate risks, including risks affecting adjacent workstreams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer Director- and VP-level stakeholders, driving alignment and customer value.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, workstream owners, Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Improve program management methodologies, quantify customer outcomes, and support customer satisfaction, renewals, and additional opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, or a similar capacity, delivering complex technical implementation and/or migration projects.
• Recent experience successfully delivering complex data-related and/or cloud-based migration projects for enterprise customers.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to Director- or VP-level stakeholders on technical delivery engagements.
• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills across customer, partner, and internal teams.
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud.
• Ability to communicate and translate effectively across engineering, marketing, business development, and other groups.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with business and technical audiences, including senior stakeholders at large enterprises.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Systems Administrator, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent.
