TL;DR

Director, Platform Sales (Healthcare): Leading complex enterprise sales for AI-powered consumer experience platform targeting public sector, providers, insurers, and pharmacy retailers in Canada with an accent on strategic account development and revenue growth. Focus on end-to-end sales processes, pipeline building via relationships and ABM, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with GTM teams to drive quota attainment.

Location: Remote-eligible anywhere in Canada or US; Toronto-area hirify.globalrs (within 65km of HQ) in-office Monday-Thursday; focus on expanding in Canada.

Salary: $174,100 - $212,700 CAD (Canada applicants)

What you will do

  • Expand hirify.global’s footprint in Canada by leading end-to-end sales for strategic accounts, driving revenue, and developing new relationships.
  • Build pipeline using personal networks and collaborate with BD/marketing on ABM campaigns to close revenue.
  • Achieve/exceed sales quotas, maintain accurate forecasts, and negotiate complex software/services agreements.
  • Leverage healthcare expertise to uncover C-level needs and match to hirify.global’s platform.
  • Collaborate with executives on tailored materials and improve sales processes for new verticals.
  • Identify product needs from prospects and ensure smooth handoffs to customer success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in PaaS/SaaS, digital transformation, or consumer/patient engagement sales
  • History of quota attainment in complex sales environments
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, especially public services and provincial/territorial plans
  • Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools
  • Bachelor's in Business or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience in digital health/consumer experience
  • Experience creating client presentation documentation
