What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage new financial advice firms aligned with high-net-worth client profiles.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and strategic networking.
  • Educate advisers on hirify.global’s value proposition and common FX use cases to increase referral readiness.
  • Manage the partnership pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding of activated referral partners.
  • Work with SDRs and Marketing to improve acquisition strategies and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior professionals.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and maintain strict prospecting discipline.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills for delivering presentations and education sessions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

  • Experience in financial services or fintech.
  • Background in engaging professional services or adviser-type audiences.
