What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to become a trusted partner.
• Lead governance frameworks, including Steering Committees and Business Reviews.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
• Manage the business side of development, enhancements, and change requests.
• Create and maintain forecast models and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with business development to renegotiate client contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Account Management experience within the financial services sector.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Experience with direct cards, payments, or issuer processing (preferred).
• English: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to manage strategic relationships and commercial renewals.
