What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for current customers, focusing on cross-selling and upselling to expand the client footprint.
  • Convert free trials, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and demo requests into paid customers to exceed targets.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Identify new customer segments and proactively prospect to improve pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience with an emphasis on expansion in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Unable to sponsor employment visas for this role at this time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management software or productivity tools.
  • Exposure to e-commerce signup flows or field sales.
