TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Cultivating qualified pipeline, formulating sales strategies, and closing deals with Australian banks, Global 2000 companies, fintechs, and neo-banks with an accent on fraud prevention, AML compliance, and digital identity solutions. Focus on conducting discovery sessions, establishing thought leadership, and managing end-to-end complex sales cycles.

Location: Remote - Australia/New Zealand

Compensation: A$300-420k OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Cultivate relationships with executives in business, technology, risk, and compliance to elevate hirify.global's brand awareness.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, tech stack, and priorities.
  • Establish thought leadership in digital transformation, identity, compliance, and fraud.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from outbound strategies and demos to negotiations and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide market feedback from prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years selling to fintechs/neo-banks with fraud/compliance expertise preferred
  • Extensive network of industry executives, especially in financial services
  • Consultative sales experience with strong discovery skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel across Australia, Asia Pacific, and globally as needed
  • Excellent communication, networking, and financial acumen
