What you will do

• Drive consistent new logo acquisition and revenue growth in the mid-market segment (20–500 employees).
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline through effective prospecting and CRM discipline.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
• Deliver a trusted advisory sales experience to strengthen brand presence and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute account plans and ensure seamless lead management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Business Development with a focus on new business acquisition in mid-market segments.
• Experience in Telecommunications or a closely aligned IT environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to position compelling value propositions.
• Consistent history of achieving or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills for engaging senior decision-makers.
• Must be able to perform face-to-face sales in South Perth, WA.
