What you will do
- Lead strategic HR partnership for Integrated Systems Test and Global Customer Service, advising senior leaders on organizational and talent decisions.
- Develop proactive people solutions and long-range talent plans based on business strategy and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to execute workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation programs.
- Assess organizational structure and leadership effectiveness to build capability for senior leaders and key talent.
- Manage employee engagement and complex employee relations matters with a global mindset and focus on compliance.
- Plan and implement organizational change initiatives through clear communication and disciplined execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in complex, global organizations.
- Proven success in a strategic advisory capacity for senior and executive-level leaders.
- Strong expertise across talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Ability to influence outcomes within a matrixed environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
