People Business Partner

TL;DR

Focus on workforce planning, leadership coaching, and translating people-data into actionable business insights.

Location: Hybrid (Pittsburgh, US). Expected to work from the office the majority of the time.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people and organizational outcomes.
• Build organizational strength through proactive workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership capability.
• Use people-data and insights to guide decisions regarding engagement, performance, and organizational health.
• Coach and challenge leaders to create clarity and accountability within their teams.
• Ensure that ways of working, policies, and practices enable performance and compliance in line with company values.

Requirements

• Experience in global HR roles, partnering across multiple countries and driving global projects.
• Solid understanding of labor law and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess risk and provide compliance guidance to stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Pittsburgh office for the majority of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of organizational psychology.
• Fluency in French and/or German.
