What you will do
- Translate business strategy into people priorities, leveraging market insights and data for workforce trends and executive decisions.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and skills-based strategies to address talent gaps via hiring, reskilling, and upskilling.
- Champion performance management, talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership development using digital platforms.
- Lead change management, foster inclusive high-performance culture, and turn employee feedback into actionable improvements.
- Oversee employee relations, risk mitigation, and compliance while maintaining positive experiences.
- Adopt HR technologies including AI tools and analytics; lead team of HR Business Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (HR Management or Organizational Development a plus); minimum 12 years HR experience, including 5 years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech with late-stage/approved products.
- Proven HR strategy leadership in dynamic, matrixed, transforming environments.
- Strong business acumen, employee relations expertise, employment law knowledge in regulated settings.
- HR technologies experience (HCM, Workday a plus), data-to-strategy translation, organizational design.
- Exceptional communication, project management, problem-solving; proficient in Microsoft Office.
