What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition (logos) and expansion via upsell and cross-sell of hirify.global solutions.
• Manage partner relationships and execute account mapping sessions to expand the regional ecosystem.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through continuous engagement and strategic outbound campaigns.
• Act as a trusted advisor to align hirify.global's platform with specific customer use-cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve the overall product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
• 5+ years in Software/SaaS/Security Sales & Channel management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and Microsoft suite.
• Technical competence and a strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure and security ecosystem.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
