What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP clients, translating business goals into effective B2B email outreach strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Track and optimize campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked) to ensure clients exceed their objectives.
- Serve as a senior advisor and coach to junior and mid-level Account Managers, sharing best practices and fostering their development.
- Execute B2B email campaigns, including copy drafting, lead sourcing, and validation using an advanced AI tool suite (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.).
- Lead strategic client reviews and handle complex challenges or underperforming campaigns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with client strategy and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, preferably in Agency or SaaS backgrounds.
- Proven track record of managing VIP client portfolios with direct impact on retention, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in B2B email outreach, deliverability, and lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Extensive professional experience leveraging AI tools for messaging, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
- Ability to work standard business hours in Eastern or Pacific Time Zones.
