What you will do

• Collect and analyze financial information and documentation from clients.
• Verify financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed financial reports and grant applications.
• Liaise with clients to gather additional information and clarify financial details.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
• Monitor and stay updated on Australia government grant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, including setup, daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience supporting Australian-based entities or clients strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
