What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Australian SME clients, ensuring accurate and compliant BAS & IAS lodgments.
- Maintain clean, reconciled financial records and deliver reliable monthly management reporting.
- Provide clear financial insights and act as the primary accounting partner for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Australian tax professionals to ensure compliance.
- Take full ownership of the client portfolio, moving beyond pure compliance to an advisory role.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
- Strong expertise in BAS, GST, and AU compliance.
- Advanced proficiency with Xero.
- Proven experience managing Australian SME clients end-to-end.
- Confident verbal and written English communication skills for direct client interaction.
- Must be a Filipino national/resident.

- Ability to review work and provide deep financial insights (specifically for senior applicants).
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to think beyond technical accounting.
