What you will do

• Prepare monthly customer invoices and audit them against client contracts for compliance.
• Manage accounts payable by ensuring timely processing and approval of vendor bills.
• Perform continuous analysis of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with project teams to facilitate vendor onboarding and purchase order processing.
• Document and evaluate current financial systems to identify and implement process improvements.
• Respond to finance-related inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, including 1+ years in AP and AR processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software like Xero.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and professional punctuality.
