Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a phone-based contact center environment.
• Proven experience in problem-solving and responding to customer requests.
• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, customer service software, and basic computer applications.
• Must pass background checks, credit screening, and drug testing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability encouraged.
