Location: Hybrid - New York, NY (Report 5 days in-office during the first 6 months)

Salary: $60,240 - $75,300 USD

What you will do

• Respond to inbound participant calls to resolve service issues and provide plan information.
• Educate participants on retirement plan features, including 401(k), 457, 401(a), and IRAs.
• Capture caller information in the management system and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Mentor new hire classes and provide guidance to other Participant Contact Center Representatives.
• Maintain FINRA registrations, including SIE, Series 6, and 63.
• Contribute to process improvements by capturing participant feedback.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of participant service experience.
• Must have FINRA SIE certification.
• Must obtain Series 6 and 63 registrations within 120 days.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the New York, NY office.
