Location: Hybrid. Must be within a commutable distance to Greenwood Village, CO and be willing to come into the office 4 to 6 times per year.

Salary: $39,700 - $54,550

What you will do

• Provide high-quality service within a call center for customers' retirement savings accounts.
• Educate and hirify.global customers regarding their financial plans without cold calling or sales.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients.
• Process financial transactions including contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Handle general account changes based on customer direction.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, OR two or more years of customer service experience.
• Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including non-traditional hours and occasional Saturdays.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload).
• Capability to work overtime based on business needs.
