Premier Service Associate (Fintech)

Location: Remote (USA). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $45,700 - $62,875

What you will do

• Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls.
• Conduct Investment Recommendation Conversations with customers.
• Manage brokerage transactions for Equity, ETF, Mutual Funds, Options, and Fixed Income securities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including Corporate Actions and Exchange Rules.
• Identify and hand off business leads to the Retirement Advisor Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience.
• Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses within established timelines.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in brokerage and mutual fund trading.
• Experience with Retail, IRA, and/or 401K customer service.
• Strong technological skills and ability to multi-task across various systems.
