TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship)

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support for regulatory filing requests.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, analysts, consultants, and product development teams to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage a book of cases in Salesforce, triaging incoming requests and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educate clients on the features of the hirify.global for RIA platform to help them optimize value.
  • Review and interpret data from various sources to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning on compliance-related issues.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9-5 (EST).
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and case management skills.
  • Ability to accurately analyze and interpret complex data.

Nice to have

  • Major in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call environment or client support role.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (or other CRMs), SaaS technology, MS Office, Python, or SQL.
