What you will do

  • Handle first-level customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web ticketing.
  • Provide technical support for WKCS lending products, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze customer issues to determine if they are user errors, application design flaws, or deficiencies.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately within Salesforce CRM.
  • Educate customers on product features and align benefits with their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in St Cloud, MN, USA.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, BCIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical or lending customer service experience.
  • Strong understanding of PC and network operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
  • Ability to maintain flexible work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Nice to have

  • Previous banking experience in new accounts or lending.
